When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within 10 days of purchase unless otherwise notified. Most will ship within 7. Orders are shipped Mon-Wed. We use PirateShip to purchase shipping labels to get you the most affordable options. We ship through UPS and USPS.
Return policy
At this time, we do not accept returns. We provide as much information as possible and always welcome questions to ensure our products are the perfect fit for your store. We will assist you in any way to successfully sell our products in your location.
Damaged items, replacements, and refunds
We pack our products to withstand the harsh conditions of shipping but things happen! We are more than happy to replace damaged products. To begin the replacement process, please email us at info@milkandbodybath.com with the following photos to begin the replacement process: 1) A photo of the outside of the shipping box 2) Photo(s) of the damaged product inside the shipping box 3) Photos of each individual damaged product that needs replacing. Replacements will not be sent until all photos required have been received.
If the damaged product value is $50 or less, you may request a refund. All of the above photos are still required in order to process a refund. The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method used.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason other than damaged goods.
Missing items
We apologize for any missing items! We do our best to ensure orders are packed accurately but occasional mistakes can happen. Simply send us an email with which items are missing and we'll ship them out to you ASAP.
Are your products all natural?
No, our products would not fit our definition of 100% all-natural. We use a blend of natural, naturally derived, and synthetic ingredients in our products to create stable, effective, skin-safe, formulations.
