Thank you for your interest! Please read the following policies before placing your order.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We do not offer any net payment terms at this time. Payment is accepted through shopify, square invoice, or by check.
Shipping
Orders will ship within 10 days of purchase. Most will ship within 7. Orders are shipped Mon-Wed. We use PirateShip to purchase shipping labels to get you the most affordable shipping options. We ship through UPS and USPS. We offer FREE shipping for orders of $250+ within the US.
Returns
We provide as much information as possible and always welcome questions to ensure our products are the perfect fit for your store. We will assist you in any way to successfully sell our products in your location. At this time, we do not accept returns.
Damaged/Missing Items
We pack our products to withstand the harsh conditions of shipping but things happen! We are more than happy to replace damaged products. To begin the replacement process, please email us at info@milkandbodybath.com with the following photos:
- A photo of the shipping box
- Photo of the damaged product inside the shipping box
- Photos of each individual damaged product that needs replacing
We apologize for any missing items! We do our best to make sure orders are packed accurately but occasional mistakes may happen. Simply send us an email with which items are missing and we'll ship them out to you ASAP.
Case Size
To make it easy for businesses to stock our products, we do not have a minimum order requirement. To ensure our products are well represented we do have minimum quantities.
Bulk Shower Steamers: 50 per case, per scent
Shower Steamer Jar MOQ: 3 per scent
Large Shower Steamers MOQ: 3 per scent
Body Polish MOQ: 2 per scent
Bar Soap MOQ: 3 per scent
Facial Soap MOQ: 3 per scent
Discounts
Discounts will not be applied retroactively. All discounts must be used within the given date range.
